
Sweet & Sour Tofu Stew with Jasmin Rice
This appetising vegan dish is a great family meal. This dish is high in protein, B12 and fibre, coming from tofu, rice, and the leafy greens. The combination of different flavours transports you to the Far East origins. Tahini, balsamic vinegar and agave syrup make it a flavoursome dish and adding chilli pepper gives it a powerful taste. This dish is a good source of antioxidants and has anti-inflammatory properties. The vibrant and colourful look of the dish is perfect for Christmas dinner and will keep for a few days as warming leftover dish! :))
